In some teamrooms and applications, you can't use Shift+click or Ctrl+click to select multiple documents. (This is because those applications are based on a Notes 7 or earlier template.) In those applications, use the following methods to select multiple documents:

• For consecutive documents (same as Shift+click), click in the column to the left of the beginning document; hold and drag up or down the left column to select each subsequent document.
• For non-consecutive documents (same as Ctrl+click), click in the column to the left of each document you want to select.

In both cases, a check mark will appear next to documents that are selected.
